Gaia Cafe is located in Gaia Ashram. We sell organic coffee, organic herbal tea, healthy drinks, and sometimes snacks–such as the best brownies in Thailand. (Try them! You’ll see). Additionally, our cafe offers organic products from our farm as well as products from our network of agroforesters and organic farmers.
Gaia Cafe is built with earthen material; it is one many earthen building at Gaia Ashram. When you visit our cafe you can learn about natural building, take a stroll through our beautiful guidelines, read the Guide to Gaia, or simply enjoy being in nature. If you’re interested in getting more involved in the community, you can learn about our ecovillage lifestyle through a course or through coming as a volunteer, guest, or intern. You can also learn about Permaculture design, practical permaculture, deep ecology, ecovillage design, and more.
